Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless there was an issue with wrong size shipped or damage of goods.
For non-sale items, we accept returns within three days of your delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges after this period. Please note that a restocking fee of $60 will be deducted from your refund.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging with the attached tag. Some items, like perishables, personal care products, intimate items, and digital goods, cannot be returned.
To initiate your return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label for your convenience.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to reach us. Once received, it takes 2-3 business days to process. You’ll be notified via email, and refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect on your original payment method.
Order Modifications:
Cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has been placed, it can be modified or adjusted before shipping. We can switch styles, colours, or sizes upon request.

Missing Items:
Check your package carefully; some items may be shipped separately. If items still need to be included, contact [email protected] within 14 days with photos of the shipping label and received items.
Lost Packages:
Sp5der Clothing is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are successfully shipped. If you encounter issues, contact [email protected] for assistance.
Order Cancellation/Amendment:
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed on weekdays due to quick processing. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, contact us within 24 hours for possible changes or cancellations.
